Sweet & Simple Wedding Package #1: Saturday Only 10AM - 10PM          $3,700.00


Wedding Package Includes use of grounds, cottage, barn, and bridal suite, during package hours only.

Tables, chairs, ceremony benches, use and set up of linens (white floor length tablecloths,

 burlap table runners, lace table runners, white cloth napkins and burlap napkin rings),

china dinner plates, clear glass dessert plates, mason jar glassware and flatware up to 200 guests max.

Glass 4.5 gallon drink dispensers, tin ice pales, ice scoops and additional serving pieces.

One - Two parking attendants for arriving and departing guests.

One - Two wedding attendants during event hours.

Sound Coordinator ($500.00) optional.


Sweet & Simple Wedding Package #2: Friday 2PM – Sunday 11AM          $4,900.00

Wedding Package Includes use of grounds, cottage  (Saturday overnight stay in cottage included for Bride and Groom),

 barn, and bridal suite, during package hours only.

Tables, chairs, ceremony benches, use and set up of linens (white floor length tablecloths,

 burlap table runners, lace table runners, white cloth napkins and burlap napkin rings),

china dinner plates, clear glass dessert plates, mason jar glassware and flatware up to 200 guests max.

Rental Package     #7:  General Parties, Reunions, Company Picnics & Church Groups (Weddings are not included in package 7)

8 Hours = $1,200.00

6 Hours = $1,000.00

4 Hours =    $800.00

(Fridays & Saturdays can be booked for general parties, 1 - 2 months in advance, when weddings are not booked)

 

Basic Rental Packages include use of the barn,

 grounds located in front of the barn, tables and chairs.

No set up, clean up, use of linens or dishes included.

Clean up is required to be completed by renter.
